William Torres (Will) has spent the last twenty years on various adventures. He has a wealth of experience in various fields. He just recently retired as a paramedic and absolutely loved serving and responding to the communities in need. Prior to transitioning his career into the healthcare field, he served as a Sales Manager for Trader Publishing, where he had a very successful career for sixteen years. Will has an entrepreneur mindset and has owned two successful businesses. He is passionate about “Being your own boss” and is “In it to win it”. Will and his wife are excited to transform homes in South Miami. Both believe your home is your sanctuary and floors play an important role in your home.
Maribel Torres has spent the last twenty years as a Hospital Executive as a Chief Nursing Officer. She is known for her transformational and visionary leadership. She leads teams with a passion for creating greater employees. Her passion is palpable and contagious. Maribel is an advocate for patient safety and nursing practice and has been successful in developing programs that led to sustained performance in nursing-specific quality metrics that far exceeded national averages.
Maribel values serving the less fortunate and underserved communities. She has led several healthcare mission trips outside the United States. In addition, she and her husband are active members of their church community and together have led a Marriage Ministry Conference and currently host a couples’ group. Lastly, Maribel stands by “ You can do all things if you are determined!”
Jo Hanna Sweeting is the powerhouse Office Manager at Floor Coverings International of South Miami Dade, where she keeps the wheels turning and the good vibes flowing. With a sharp eye for organization and a love for helping people, she’s the go-to person for making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether she’s juggling schedules, solving problems on the fly, or keeping the team in sync, Jo Hanna brings energy, warmth, and a can-do attitude to every task. Her background in administrative operations means she knows how to get things done—fast and with a smile. Clients love her friendly, approachable style, and the team counts on her to keep projects moving and spirits high. Jo Hanna thrives on creating a stress-free, seamless experience for everyone involved. From first call to final install, she’s all about turning chaos into calm and making sure every day ends with happy customers and a job well done.
