We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to work with Floor Coverings International. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The quality of the work and the final result truly speak for themselves, and the entire team conducted the project with professionalism, attention to detail, and respect for timelines. What truly set them apart, however, was their willingness to go beyond the expected. Upon learning of a waterproofing issue involving a planter outside our living room, they took full ownership of resolving it—despite it falling outside the typical scope of a flooring contractor. This issue had been the root cause of the damage that required us to replace the flooring in the first place. Their ability to step in, coordinate, and ultimately solve the problem made all the difference and demonstrated a level of commitment that is rare to find. It is not often that you come across a company that combines technical competence with such a genuine sense of responsibility toward the client’s overall outcome. For that reason, we would not hesitate to work with them again. Floor Coverings International will certainly be our first call for any future projects of this nature.

Execllent customer service and communication. They installed a beautiful custom stair runner in my house at a reasonable price, quickly and efficiently. Will is great to work with and even after install kept in touch regarding maintenance and cleaning. I highly recommend them. Difficult to find such reliable and communicative providers as FCI in this area, with such great products!
