Bryan and Courtnee have lived and raised a family in the Northwest Phoenix area since 2001. After 25 years of working in the Nursing and Multifamily industries, they took their passion for community and people and use it to add an element of ease and customer service to the home experience.
Courtnee provides individualized home purchasing experiences for her clients, while Bryan helps families take their new or current home to the next level. Creating a fun and friendly atmosphere is their business approach along with ensuring that every customer feels valued, informed and like a member of the family.
When not working to help families fall in love with their home, Bryan is a musician in local cover band, Friendly Jesture, as a lead singer and guitarist. If not working or playing, they love family time, playing games and will travel anywhere!

With years of industry experience—including owning her own successful flooring store—she understands every facet of the process, from product selection to final installation. Her deep knowledge of materials, trends, and design allows her to guide homeowners through their flooring projects with ease and confidence.
What truly sets Kris apart is her heart. She has a genuine passion for helping others and goes above and beyond to make each customer feel heard, supported, and inspired. Her approach is not only professional but deeply personal—she cares about the people she serves and the homes they live in.
When she's not transforming spaces, Kris is spending time with her beloved pets. A devoted animal lover, she brings that same nurturing spirit into everything she does—whether it's caring for furry friends or helping families fall in love with their new floors.

Matt originally comes to us from Illinois and made the move to Arizona to attend MMI. What began as a career in mechanics soon turned into something more personal—working directly with homeowners through in-home consultations and helping customers turn their vision into reality.
Matt spent five years at Moon Valley Nurseries as the head of their design line, where he designed projects, made expert recommendations, and oversaw installations ranging from single-family homes to entire subdivisions. That hands-on experience sharpened his eye for design and his ability to manage projects from concept to completion. That eye for design, coupled with his attention to detail, got the owner, and now father-in-law, Bryan, to recruit him to the FCI team.
Beyond his professional experience, Matt is truly part of the FCI North Phoenix family. He’s known for his positive attitude, team-first mindset, and genuine care for our customers. Outside of work, you’ll likely find him on the golf course, enjoying the game—and proudly fluffing his lies.
