I was completely impressed with Floor Coverings International. They promptly arrived to put new carpet on my outside deck that runs the length of my park model. We had a couple of glitches that Bryan addressed quickly. His crew was top notch.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Bryan was incredible at providing us with great samples and full review of what we were purchasing. He listened to all my ideas and gave great suggestions. The install and demo crews were outstanding. On time and worked tirelessly to provide a beautiful finished product. I couldn't be happier and I know that we will have beautiful floors for many years.

Floor covering Int'l was excellent! I highly recommend him. Bryan Fasulo was very good to work with. He was patient while I was having complications which delayed the start of the job. Then got job on the schedule and completed quickly. He came by to see me personally. His crew saw and fixed couple of broken tiles that had been installed previously. He also did an extra favor for my son.

I'm extremely happy with my new wood floors that every morning when I come down my stairs I have a feeling of elation and that I have a new house. I chose Floor Coverings International North Phoenix because of their outstanding reputation and reviews. As a real estate agent, the true test of a company how they perform after the sale is completed. Will they act with integrity. From the time I met Kris to the final glue squeeze. The experience was what I expected. Kris' caring, communication, and patience to ensure I had what I needed to make the best decision on flooring style and color and Bryan's patience in the showroom to show me all of my options ended up with what me and my Fiancé had already decided two months earlier. It was an education. Finally, Freddie and the two gentlemen who did the installation were extremely competent and professional. This was a great experience and I will not hesitate to use them in the future. ♥️ Adding: The only thing negative is... "I wish they would have better advised me on reconditioning and painting the baseboards" although it was not part of the contract. They could have been done while they were off. Anyhow, I did the family room myself and hired a nice young lady I met at Home Depot to do the rest.
