Brian was amazing to work with and he helped us pick out the perfect carpet for our family! It’s so soft and the mat under the carpet makes us feel like we are walking on memory foam! Francisco installed our carpet with a helper and they are were so quick on their install! They did an amazing job and they were so nice!

They took the time to walk us through all our options, really listened to our needs, and helped us stay within our budget without compromising on quality. Brian Jackson provided me with exactly the carpet I needed at the price I needed. The service was astonishingly fast. We met on a Monday and the carpet was installed by Friday. The installation crew was excellent. They worked quickly and were obviously very skilled. Not surprisingly, Brian's quote was a bit higher than Lowe's. But it was worth every penny. I couldn't be more pleased. I absolutely recommend Brian Jackson and Floor Coverings International for all your flooring needs.

Brian was absolutely fabulous! The installers were on time. They installed flooring in 2 bedrooms. There was repair work needed on the track the doors hung from and Brian went to Home Depot to get the screws needed for repair. All doors are working perfectly. Brian was a pleasure to work with. He was able to provide multiple samples of several different flooring products and cost comparisons. He was very helpful in answering questions regarding carpet padding and product quality, I had lots of questions! It was very convenient to have so many samples to test in my home. Highly recommend him for all your flooring projects.

We met with Brian who very very professional, he listened to our needs and constraints. Provided us with answers to our questions about carpet types, padding, installation time and provided quotes for certain areas that we requested so we could see the investments for each area.
