Chris comes to FCI from a career in television broadcasting and at General Motors. At GM, with its assembly-line oriented culture, he learned that when each person does their job correctly, they contribute to the best possible outcome – delighting their customers. Chris appreciates how FCI has the same collaborative philosophy, working with its Franchisees to train and structure a business that is focused on service and delighting their customers!
Andrea is passionate about home design, helping customers turn their home improvement dreams into reality, and providing a unique customer experience. She worked in the global luxury goods industry for over 30 years and believes that there are many similarities between her previous career and the white glove service provided by FCI’s mobile showroom and in-home consultation process.

Mandi is a force of nature. She is a Seattle area native, Army-vet, mom of two teenagers and two dogs, and has worked in the hospitality and flooring industries for decades, making her the perfect Office Manager for Floor Coverings International. She is the voice and face our customers encounter from their first inquiry, to scheduling consultations, installation and final inspection. Mandi will not rest until a client is happy with their new floors. She is also responsible for our office and showroom, and does it all with a smile on her face.
When she is not at work, she loves to spend time with the dogs making quilts and fishing with other veteran women.
Alex is a licensed General Contractor and our head of installation services. By trade he is also a specialist in kitchen and bathroom renovations and a project manager. He loves to work with his clients to make their spaces functional, practical and more beautiful. Alex trouble shoots all the best ways to give clients the best outcome for each project, on time and on budget.
He is a dad of two young boys and a rumbunctious puppy. When he is not working, Alex loves spending time with his young family and fishing with his dad and brother.
Chagas is Alex’s Dad and our Lead Installer and Tile Master. His expertise with complicated patterns for Tile, Hardwood, Luxury Vinyl Tile or Planks is unparalleled and we love having a real artist in our team.
He also happens to be a great singer and a devoted Dad and Grandfather. When he is not working, you can find him fishing for trout and bass in the waterways near Tacoma.
