My experience with floor Coverings was exceptional and great the technicians was well experienced and friendly. Fred the Owner is a great manager he will bend over backwards to make his customers happy his whole opperation was 100% legit a 10 in my book. I do recommend him to all.

Genuinely some of the best work I’ve had done in a while. From the sales rep which I believe was the owner, to the install crew and install manager. We moved into our house 2 months ago and we were planning on waiting to get the floors done originally but we decided to get an estimate just to see and with everything we saw we decided to pull the trigger. Super glad we did.

My fiancé had scheduled flooring work with them, and they backed out at the last minute over something that had already been resolved. Instead of working with us or trying to find a solution, the regional manager was incredibly rude, confrontational, and completely unreasonable. It felt like they were more interested in arguing than actually helping a paying customer. Honestly, the positive reviews on here are hard to believe after dealing with them firsthand—they feel completely fake. The level of unprofessionalism and disrespect we experienced is shocking. Save yourself the stress and go with a company that actually values its customers, because this one clearly does not.

Fred and the crew were amazing to work with. I got my first floor redone with LVP and although I was nervous at first the crew manager was super professional and friendly that I didn’t feel like I needed to worry. Highly recommend and will definitely be having them do my second floor soon. Fred and the crew were amazing to work with. Fred and his team did an amazing job installing a whole-house waterproof woodgrain vinyl plank flooring for us. From start to finish, it was a great experience. Professional, on-time, high quality work and the bonus of Fred's expertise and guidance to select the right product really paid off, as did his excellent pricing for such a job well done. On a personal note, I want to especially thank Fred and office manager Greg for pivoting so graciously with the timing of the install due to a planning issue on my part. Not only were they adept at pivoting, they were extremely understanding and kind and helped me coordinate with my other vendors. Truly wonderful people.

Fred was incredibly patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to educate me on different flooring options and walked me through countless samples until we found the perfect one—I absolutely love it.
