I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new wood flooring! Had all my carpet pulled & a new wood flooring put down!! It’s so beautiful!! Everyone that has seen it also Loves it!! The whole team at FCI is the best! From the consultation with Jim, to the end result!! They communicated with me everyday! The installation was Awesome! The installers were polite & very hard working folks!! I would highly recommend FCI to anyone looking for new flooring! 5 Stars!!

Jim and his team have been a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. We first hired them for a carpet project and were impressed by their professionalism, communication, and quality of work. Based on that experience, we immediately brought them back for a tile project at a rental property that needed to hit the market quickly. Jim and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our timeline—showing up on Easter Sunday to ensure everything was completed in time for next-day marketing. Jim explained what he could and would do for our bathroom tub surround and floor. His demo man Lucas was very polite and respectful of us and our property. He was efficient and did good clean up when finished. The tile crew then showed up. Robert and Axel were both very courteous and respectful of us and our property as well. They all communicated what they would do and approximate time it would take. Jim showed up the next day to check with us on any issues and make any corrections if needed. We will be calling Jim for estimates on more projects. Thanks Jim.
