Jim was super helpful. I needed some carpet padding scraps, and he remembered to save some for me after one of his jobs. No hassle, and friendly. I’ll remember this company when I need some carpeting done.

It's been over a month that I had hardwood floors installed in my home and I have to say they are absolutely beautiful. Jim came out and was very professional and answered my questions, and I picked out a beautiful floor color. After that, Luke came out and installed the floor.. he was very sweet and helpful and didn't mind me asking more questions.. Luke did an amazing job and is a very nice young man.. Luke and his brother moved my furniture and put it back after floor was installed. After that Jim came back to collect the other half of the payment and we both agreed the floor came out beautiful. I highly recommend this company for all your floors bc they're honest and they provided quality floors for my house.

Jim and his team were incredibly kind, professional, and responsive throughout the entire process—before, during, and even after the project was finished. What started as a flooring quote quickly turned into additional home updates we wanted to tackle, and Jim handled it all seamlessly. He was prompt with scheduling, coordinated with other vendors efficiently, and kept communication quick and clear. Since we were living in California during the entire project and preparing for our move to Texas, we had to trust Jim and his crew to manage everything remotely—and they delivered. We received daily updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind every step of the way. It was truly a pleasure working with them, and we’ll absolutely be hiring them again for future projects. The flooring turned out absolutely amazing!

Jim was my main point of contact, and he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable. The crew did an outstanding job installing my new gutters — the work was high quality, completed on time, and the area was left spotless. They did a great job. I was planning on doing the floors myself, but wanted to price match to see how much more it would be for someone else to do it. They came back with a very reasonable price and it made sense to let the professionals do it. When the floors were installed they were not complete up to my standard, I tried to pay but they wouldn’t accept payment until I was completely satisfied they sent the crew back to my house to make the final adjustments . I would be happy to recommend floor covering international to any friend or family.

Jim and FCI were amazing through the entire process. Upfront, honest and helpful with no hidden fees or cost! From initial consult to walking us through different flooring options, bringing in samples, listening to our needs and staying in constant communication it was an easy process. The mobile show room was a game changer for us with a crazy schedule and limited time FCI brought everything to us. It also allowed us to actually see the flooring in our home prior to making a choice Carlos and his team showed up when they said they would and absolutely exceeded our expectations w demo, removal and install of floors and new baseboards. They kept the chaos of renovating while living in the house minimal, keeping things organized and well cleaned up through the work day. Will definitely be recommended them to anyone I can and will absolutely be using FCI for any future home flooring renovations. 10/10 experience
