The team did a great job. We love the refinished hardwood floors. Showed up when they were supposed to and met all the deadlines. We had two rooms that had separate stains originally that didn't match up and now the whole house looks the same. We absolutely are in love. Highly recommend floor coverings international of Southeast Knoxville.

The installer crew was respectful of our home, quiet and worked all day until the install of our new carpet was completed. We didn’t make our choice based on the price we made the choice based on Robin spending time with us and explaining all the options we had showing us different samples. We highly recommend floor coverings international of Southeast Knoxville and will use them again when the time comes to get Our other floors replaced.

Robin and the crew was outstanding. He came in with the mentality to bless us with new floors and he did. He was honest and showed great integrity instead of just trying to sell us something. He was patient and made us feel comfortable until we were ready to make a decision. The installation took only 2 days. We thought it was going to take 2 weeks. Our Luxury Vinyl Floors look amazing and we sleep so much better knowing that our house was taken care of. The installers were very respectful with our home and as kind as it could be. Definitely recommend Floor Coverings International for all your flooring needs. Thank you Robin!

I cant say enough good to describe my experience with these guys. From the onsite meeting /estimate with Robin Haffer to the actual installation with Jeff. Robin took his time to make us feel comfortable with the process and explained in detail what the process would be. As well as the courtesy visit to inspect the project the next morning after it was completed. We felt as if he was doing our project as a friend! Jeff was our installer. He showed up on time every day and did an excellent job! Couldn't ask for more. Let me say this is a 55 year old house with original oak hardwood in it. It had some pretty bad spots in it as well ad some bows in the floor itself due to our house “settling” over the years. I would challenge you not to think these were brand new floors. And he cleaned up as if he had never been there. You can’t go wrong with these guys!!!
