If I could give a negative rating I would. We had David come to our home to give us information and a bid on refinishing our hardwood. First thing he said is my 3 dogs wouldn’t be able to damage the floors once they were done. He said they use a commercial grade poly. He said we wouldn’t have to leave our home that they would work around us! NOTHING he said was true. The day the workers came we had to get a hotel last second. It was awful. When we retired, it took 5 seconds and the floors were scratched and gauged. They were ruined in seconds. There were problems all over the floors; areas where the poly missed, areas where poly wasn’t applied, areas where the old stain showed through because it was near a door jam, the list goes on!!! The WORST part is the company owner will not stand behind his product and won’t even come to my house to see how bad they are. Oh ya, they tried to fix urine stains and made it worse! Mr. Innis the owner is just insisting I pay the full amount without fixing the problems. I have never been treated so poorly and had such a bad experience with any contractor. Stay far away from this company!

David was patient and wonderful. My parents were moving to a house from New York and David came to the house in Nashville and was able to measure everything and then work with my parents over FaceTime to pick out LVP flooring that would match in their kitchen. He was very patient and went through numerous phone calls with my parents. They couldn’t be happier with the results!

David and his team were wonderful! Once my husband and I decided to get our floors done the team was at our house 2 days later and done within 3 days. Such a timely and drama-free experience. Would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for an efficient and affordable experience.

Great experience from the initial phone call to the installation. David and his team were professional, courteous and efficient. The price is very competitive and I will definitely be using Floor Coverings Intl again. For the record, I went with Floor Coverings Intl in Chaska, MN. I had a great experience with them a few years ago and it absolutely carried over to Davids franchise.
