I could not recommend Floor Coverings international enough! Gary and Tracey were very responsive, detailed in what we could expect and there were no hidden fees or anything that arose out of nowhere.The turn around on our project was super fast and was completed before our move in date which we were worried about. We had our floors done with both vinyl and carpet and both of the crews used for those jobs were great! I would definitely use this company again and would recommend it to my family and friends.

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. My wife and I just bought our home, and we needed to replace eighteen year old carpet across 3 rooms and stairs, and replace warped, painted black hardwood in a fourth room. The final result is gorgeous - new hardwood floors in all four rooms and the stairs, the house feels completely different, night and day difference. It feels fresh, solid, and like the new floor belongs in the home. Gary and Tracey have been wonderful in helping us decide what to install, and worked with us through the entire process. Their team was excellent, polite, fast, and highly experienced and professional. We would work with their team again anytime.

Floor Coverings International did an outstanding job installing a beautiful runner on my T‑shaped staircase. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. I had previously visited another flooring company in person and left feeling unsure and unsupported, so working with this team was a breath of fresh air. Tracey came to my home, looked at the space with me, and brought all the samples I needed to make a confident choice. It was incredibly easy, the pricing was reasonable, and the final result exceeded my expectations. The runner looks gorgeous, and the experience was truly stress‑free. They were wonderful to work with, and I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with the crew from start to finish. Friendly, upfront, honest and extremely helpful. We could not be happier with our basement floor and steps. In fact the crew will be coming back this summer to do our upstairs.

Our finished basement flooded an early December, which was a horrible and gut wrenching experience. Gary and Chastity couldn’t have been more understanding and caring and listened to our concerns. Gary offered help with reviewing insurance documents and understanding the specifics. They truly put the customer first and understand what customer service is and means which is hard to find these days. They were very friendly, prompt, thorough, professional throughout the experience, and fairly priced. Yesterday the new floors were installed and the gentlemen that were here to do it were very friendly and professional. They took care to make sure that they put drop cloths down and everything was protected as they went in and out of the house and at the end of the project they cleaned everything up meticulously. We couldn’t be more pleased with the experience and highly recommend this business if you’re looking for flooring, for someone who takes pride in what they do and makes sure the entire process is carried out with care and efficiency, these are your people. Thank you for making our basement feel and look like home again.
