I loved the personal service from start to finish and my floors are beautiful! I will say that after the install, a small correction was needed, but once I requested it, they were on top of it and quickly made the adjustment. I'm completely satisfied with the outcome!

Great service I never knew was in the area. I was glad to find a local business offering in home shopping at competitive prices. Tracey’s schedule was flexible, she was very patient, and happily answered all of my questions. She and her husband came to personally deliver and went the extra mile to make it super convenient and easy. Great experience and will use again.

Tracey and Gary very responsive to our timeline, getting the installation done before our Fourth of July party. Quick turn around of emails, answering questions quickly. Installers arrived at 8am and got right to putting up plastic to block off rooms not affected, moving out the furniture and then starting removal of the old narrow planked 26 year old wood floor, board by board. They finished in one day, and left with our furniture back in place, and everything all clean, like they had never been there! Their workmanship was excellent. We will be calling them again if we decide to replace other flooring. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had our entire home recarpeted by Floor Coverings International and have been very pleased with the results. Their team was very professional and efficient and accomplished the job in just one day. Dealing with Tracey and Gary was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend their services to anyone interested in having their floors redone.

From the consultation to the completion of the project, I absolutely love working with this company! Our project consisted of replacing all of the carpet on three floors in our house . It also included moving and even in some instances dismantling some very heavy furniture. They moved, dismantled, put back together and put back in the same place without any issues! The individuals that they use for installing the carpet are truly professional and have the best personalities! They are also very thorough and quick! I told the owner's exactly what I was looking for in a carpet and they're suggestions were spot on! They were even very helpful in looking at what we already had and suggesting what could work! Best experience and I will definitely use them for all of our flooring projects!
