Jennifer Offidani, a native of Lancaster, has been in the remodeling world for more than 20 years, working in her family’s real estate investment business. She is excited to be helping others do the same. She is a social worker by trade and has worked with individuals and families solving complex issues. She is very eager to help solve your flooring issues. In her spare time you may find her at the gym, snuggling with her dogs, hanging out with her family, searching for her next home to remodel, or socializing with friends. At Floor Coverings International, Jen is the owner as well as a Design Associate who participates in various networking and community events and wears many other hats. Her main priority as owner is to make sure you receive 5-star service!
Ken Offidani brings over 20 years of experience in real estate sales and investment. Prior to that, he owned several other franchises. His expertise has made him highly aware of how the right finishes and quality craftsmanship can significantly increase a home’s value. Known for his straight-shooting approach, Ken is committed to transparency and ensuring the best outcomes for every project. As the Production Coordinator at FCI, he works closely with our installers to ensure that every job is completed to satisfaction, all while keeping customer service at the forefront. When Ken’s involved, you can trust he’s working hard to earn your five-star review! In his downtime, you’ll often find him enjoying boating on the Chesapeake Bay or cheering on his favorite Baltimore sports teams.
Gabbie Offidani is our full-time Design Associate and has a natural talent for helping customers find their ideal flooring solutions. Growing up in the design and remodeling world, she learned the family business firsthand, giving her a deep understanding of the industry. Outside of work, Gabbie is a true health and outdoor enthusiast —whether she’s boating on her beloved Chesapeake Bay, lifting heavy weights at the gym, hiking, skiing, swinging a golf club, or tending to her four Rhode Island Red hens (yes, she has chickens!), she’s always active. Gabbie also enjoys preparing healthy and nutritious meals. Passionate about helping customers achieve their flooring goals, she brings both expertise and energy to every project.
Susan Ribbeck was born and raised in Lancaster County and is thrilled to be part of the Floor Coverings International family! She has a passion for Customer Service and she truly loves ensuring that all of our customers have the best experience possible from start to finish. She thoroughly enjoys being able to contribute to the personalized experience our clients receive when working with the Floor Coverings International Team. In her off time, she has a passion for cooking and can often be found at a local bingo game, spending time with her two children, dog, and two cats, or rooting for her favorite football team.
