With deep Oregon roots and 15+ years of design expertise, Katy Booher brings an authentic perspective to every flooring project. An OSU Interior Design graduate, she honed her skills at a Portland architecture firm working in commercial design before discovering her passion for residential design. After building two custom Bend homes, Katy recognized flooring as the foundation of exceptional interiors, inspiring her to launch Central Oregon's newest flooring company.
Katy specializes in guiding clients to flooring solutions that reflect their personal style while supporting their lifestyle needs. Whether creating a cozy retreat or a bustling family hub, she helps bring each space to life from the ground up. Outside work, Katy embraces Bend's outdoor lifestyle—hiking with her dog, paddle boarding the Deschutes, and enjoying adventures with her husband and three college-age children. Her connection to the community ensures flooring solutions perfectly suited to Central Oregon living.

Born and raised in Oregon, Patrick Booher brings a builder’s mindset and a customer-first approach to the flooring industry. After earning his degree from Oregon State University, Patrick spent years in the tech world, working with large corporations and helping startups launch and scale. That background sharpened his ability to listen closely, understand real needs, and deliver tailored solutions—skills he now applies to creating exceptional flooring experiences.
Patrick pairs that problem-solving approach with hands-on industry expertise. He holds a Certified Flooring Installers (CFI) Technical Sales certification in carpet, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and laminate, and is also a National Wood Flooring Association Certified Sales Advisor. These certifications reflect his commitment to installation standards, product performance, and guiding customers toward flooring solutions that look great and perform as promised in real-world conditions.
A maker at heart, Patrick thrives when he’s creating—whether that’s physical spaces or smarter systems behind the scenes. His appreciation for craftsmanship, combined with practical project management, helps customers feel confident from product selection through installation. He’s deeply involved in every detail to ensure a smooth, transparent, and satisfying experience from start to finish.
When he’s not working with customers, Patrick is usually off the grid—fly fishing, snowboarding, or mountain biking through Oregon’s incredible landscapes. His connection to the outdoors and eye for design shape how he thinks about homes: not just how they look, but how they live. That balance of adventure, craftsmanship, and practicality shows up in everything he does.
