I highly recommend Floor Coverings International. We had a very positive experience in every step of the process. The guy I first spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. The rep Alex who came to my house for the estimate was also kind and very professional. The installer did an amazing job in a timely manner. The price was fair. And I was grateful that they were able to get us on their schedule quickly, as I wanted the work done before a specific date. We are very pleased with our whole experience from start to finish.

If I could give Floor Coverings International more than five stars, I absolutely would. From start to finish, this was hands down the most professional team we have ever had the pleasure of working with — and the results speak for themselves. We had our bathroom floors replaced (original 1950 linoleum with vinyl flooring, and deteriorating plywood boards) and were blown away by how quickly the entire project came together. Matthew and his team are truly exceptional. Rather than pushing us toward a costly, time-consuming complete remodel, they listened to our needs and found a creative, efficient solution to our problem that saved us time, money, and stress. That kind of thoughtful, client-first problem solving is rare, and it made all the difference. The communication throughout the entire process was outstanding — we always knew exactly what to expect and when. No surprises, no delays, just a seamless experience from the initial consultation all the way through to completion. Ever, who handled our installation, did absolutely incredible work. His craftsmanship is top-notch, and he treated our home with the utmost care and respect. You could tell he takes real pride in what he does. We couldn’t be happier with our new floors and the entire experience.
