John and Jen purchased Floor Coverings International – Cincinnati East in 2024. They have also owned Floor Coverings International – Cleveland West since 2015, and are thrilled to join the Cincinnati market!

Stemming from a passion for helping others and solving problems, the Toths’ goal is to provide a consultative buying experience and a worry-free installation. John’s background in operations in the manufacturing sector and Jen’s experience in accounting and customer service management have provided a good base for leading their FCI teams.

The Toths live in Avon Lake and have two sons aged 20 and 17. When taking a break from the office, John can likely be found on a golf course, out on Lake Erie fishing, or coaching youth bowling for Avon Lake schools.

Amanda has been the Branch Manager for Floor Coverings International – Cincinnati East since October, 2024. Amanda moved to Milford, OH in September, 2024, from Parker, CO, where she was the Sales Manager for Floor Coverings International of Douglas County, CO. Prior to that, Amanda managed a Dental Office, was a Commercial Real Estate Broker, and worked as a property manager for commercial and multi-residential units.

Amanda is passionate about design! She loves seeing old, tired spaces transform into something fresh and new for her clients. She loves seeing a vision come to life through product selection and installation. Another thing she loves about working for FCI is the amazing people she gets to meet every day.

In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, crafting, and spending time in nature through hiking, kayaking, and biking. She also enjoys exploring new bars and restaurants throughout Cincinnati.

Iliane is the Office Manager for Floor Coverings International – Cincinnati East. In this role, Iliane keeps our team working efficiently while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. She really enjoys helping people transform their homes with beautiful new flooring. Iliane came to Cincinnati in the fall of 2024 from Boca Raton, Florida, where she was a pediatric emergency room coordinator. Iliane is our clients’ biggest advocate and strives to give every client a 5-star experience. In her spare time, Iliane is a wife and mother, and she enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time at the gun range.

Jay was born and raised in Anderson Township and has lived in the Cincinnati area all his life. He joined Floor Coverings International – Cincinnati East in December 2024 as a Design Associate. His prior experiences include working as a realtor for 18+ years and as a salesperson for Everdry Waterproofing after that. Jay’s approach to sales is to help his customers with their flooring needs by serving them, instead of selling them. He cares about helping his customers and won’t pressure them into anything they don’t want to do. In his free time, Jay enjoys watching his kids play sports as well as golfing and spending time with friends.

Katie was the owner of Floor Coverings International – Cincinnati East from 2011-2024, when she stepped away from the business due to a breast cancer diagnosis. After completing the bulk of her cancer treatment, Katie returned to the business in February 2025 as Marketing Manager and Design Associate. Katie’s previous career was with Procter & Gamble, where she worked in IT and HR for 22 years. Outside of work, Katie is a wife and proud mother of two, and she enjoys being a dog mom to Benny, her smooth-coated Brussels Griffon.
