Brad worked in wealth management for years before deciding that it was time to take his passion for problem solving and customer satisfaction into being a business owner. A Penn State alum, Brad is originally from central Pennsylvania and his wife, Julie is originally from Baldwinsville. The Hawkins family is passionate about the outdoors in all seasons; Brad enjoys coaching his kids on their youth sports teams, and he and Julie frequent live music and shows.
Courtney joined the FCI Syracuse team just a few weeks after their doors opened. Her previous experience was at Syracuse University where she coordinated events and programs for students. She brings a high level of attention to detail and communication to the customer experience. Courtney is a washed-up Ultimate Frisbee player who loves the theater and now lives in Marcellus with her husband and two sons.
Tim previously owned furniture stores which allows him to bring a sharp eye for home décor and design. He routinely goes above and beyond for our customers in all facets of the project. Tim is a member of several local Chambers of Commerce and is always up to date on community events. He enjoys volunteering in his spare time and has a passion for helping others. Bob currently resides in the village of Marcellus with his wife and his two boys. Bob and his family enjoy their summers on Otisco Lake, and in the winter they can be found hanging out on Song Mountain when they aren’t taking off to Vermont or out west in search of powder. Bob’s professional background consists of commercial real estate, property restoration/commercial relations, hospitality management, USSA Alpine Ski Racing Coach, whitewater rafting guide, road manager for an unknown band, and “mint fairy” at a ski lodge in Utah.
