A truly amazing experience from beginning to end! Ben was extremely helpful and truly listened to my wants for luxury vinyl plank and carpeting and made this beyond a 5 star experience! Our experience with our local Floor Coverings International was excellent. The owner Ben was a true professional, helping us choose the correct flooring to fit our need and budget. We were kept updated on the carpet ordering, and delivery/installation. Great install crew, perfect new flooring, and a final walkthrough to ensure all was perfect. Highly recommend this company!

I love my new floor! It looks amazing and Ben understood my budget. And worked with me to get exactly what I wanted! The process was smooth and seamless, the communication was over the top. The installers actually came a little bit early, which was nice. Excellent customer service and cheerful employees.
