I have been recommending Ramsey and his team for months now. I own a water damage mitigation company and take out a lot of floors in the process. I always people always follow-up with our mutual customers and they are always satisfied. He always follows up 10 days after install to make sure his customers were properly taken care of.

I'm extremely pleased with how my floors (porcelain tiles & hardwood floors) and stairs turned out (and I'm very picky!). After consulting with several companies, I'm glad I went with Ramsey and his team. If you're on the fence, take the plunge. They did an exceptional job and I highly recommend!

Excellent experience. Would highly recommend. Ramsay was really helpful and patient with on making our decision. The concept of mobile showroom is fantastic. So helpful to see samples in your own home. Cris and installers were professional and did a great job. The professionalism of both Ramsay and Cris is very much appreciated.

Our church was very impressed with the terrific makeover done to our teenager's Sunday School room by FCI. The room is 16 x 20 feet. FCI did some of it in a very nice carpet, and some in woodgrain vinyl, with a smooth edge transition piece. Then to cap it off, a neutral gray cove strip along the edges. Church membership is thrilled, and we look forward to other rooms in the near future by FCI. About working with them: they stayed in constant touch with us as to the status of the job, when the materials would arrive, when workers would come over, when to do the final walkthrough, etc. And they stuck to their schedule, within minutes of when they said. About 2 weeks ago I had FCI install tile that I selected. Ramsey was very professional with sharing the selections I asked for and very thorough in helping me narrow down my choice. In addition, he was on time for our appointments and he kept in contact before, during and after the installation.The installer Derek was professional and on time as well. I love my floor!
