Made an appointment with Dalia to discuss placing hardwood floors in our home. She was on time, very pleasant and able to answer all questions and accommodate any requests my husband and I had, with the cost less than what we anticipated. Dalia and her team, her husband Thomas, installers Armando and Oscar, came through, and in just two days, our floors were installed and absolutely beautiful. So very happy with their work.

Dalia Debs is a wonderful, warm and knowledgeable person. She worked with me to find a flooring that was beautiful, functional, and met all of my specific criteria--all at a very reasonable price. Dalia was very patient for the several weeks it took me to finally decide on my flooring. Ultimately, I circled back to her recommendation--but she had never pushed me, and was always willing to find time for my exploratory process. She was very transparent about what the different possible selections would cost, and I always felt like she was putting my needs and budget in the forefront. Finally, Dalia was friendly, positive and accommodating--and excited to help us find and install a great floor. Shawn, the installer Dalia worked with, was an expert as well--he was very diligent in leveling a challenging surface and making sure that the final floor came out beautifully. I can't recommend Dalia highly enough!

We just had a great experience working with Flooring International on a new kitchen floor which we love. The customer service from Dahlia was excellent and Sean did a great job with installation. We hired Dalia to tile two bathrooms in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, she was professional, attentive, and genuinely passionate about her craft. She helped me choose tiles that worked beautifully with the space, and her attention to detail during installation was impressive — every tile was perfectly aligned, grout lines were clean and consistent. She clearly vets her contractors who left both bathrooms spotless when the job was done. The finished spaces look like they belong in a design magazine. Dalia is the kind of operator you hope to find — reliable, talented, and easy to work with. I will absolutely be calling her again for future projects!

I had all flooring in my 1000 sq ft townhouse replaced with engineered hardwood and tile in one bathroom. Results speak for themselves! Work was finished in the time estimated. Dalia was fantastic to work with from the first meeting! She was super helpful in making the flooring choices and deciding which way the planks would run (which I hadn't put much thought into). She was communicative during the entire process, and made sure everything was the way I wanted. Very reasonable pricing and I paid what was originally quoted. *Painting in photos done separately by CertaPro Painters of Woburn

Having purchased an old house in 1988 and had every room renovated in some fashion (some more than once) I can unequivocally state that our experience with Floor Coverings International was exceptional. The owner, Dalia Debs, was personable, knowledgeable and conscientious. From the first meeting (she came to our house, with samples of Luxury Vinyl Plank) to the walk-through after the project was finished it was a pleasure to work together (well, they did the work). We had received a quote from another company that included removing the old floor and placing new subflooring at an exorbitant cost--Shawn, FCI's installer (selected by Dalia as he had extensive experience with the existing floor, which was marmoleum) said he could install the new floor over the previous one. The entire project was done at a lower price than the other company had wanted for removal alone. Shawn also was great--on time, congenial, explained what he was doing and why, finished the entire job in two days and it looks beautiful. Again, I can't praise FCI of Lexington enough--you'll be glad you chose them!
