Joel opened FCI of Fort Wayne in the spring of 2025. After nearly thirty years of work in sales, marketing and customer service he looked to bring his passion for exceeding customers' expectations to the home improvement world. Joel thrives on delivering a phenomenal flooring experience to all of his customers by listening closely to their wants and needs and delivering exceptional products and services.
Joel was born in Fort Wayne's Lutheran hospital and is a Hoosier through and through. He clings tightly to the values he learned growing up in Indiana and has worked diligently to instill those in his four children. He is quick to credit much of his success as a husband, father and in his career to his amazing wife, Jessica. They have been married since May of 2000.
Jessica joined the FCI team as the Office Manager, where she will use her incredible talents to create a remarkable customer experience from the very start. She has honed those skills over the years in the worlds of retail, automotive, education, and home financing.
