I highly recommend this company! I love my new floors, and the people I have worked with, Baltazar, Tim, Alex and Stephanie are incredibly helpful too. They are professional, kind, and do great work! Don't expect to visit a showroom. There isn't one. You can't even find their office at the address listed. All done by mobile van. Sounds pretty sketchy to me.

It’s scary to think of two rooms with carpeting being replaced with wood floors. Thank goodness for Floor Coverings International. It was such a pleasant experience from start to finish, and the completed work is absolutely beautiful. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Excellent Customer service. Above and beyond. Relatively small order but timely updates on the order and delivery status. To me the ultimate test is when something is not perfect, in this case not FCIB 's fault but the manufacturer who shipped the flooring. It was not properly packaged causing damage to the edges of the planks. (Thanks FCIB for checking!) They reached out to the manufacturer and had replacement planks to me within a week ( it had to come from CA) Truly appreciative of the service and effort to make it right even when out of their control.

I’ve gotten to know Brett Bowman with Floor Coverings International, and he’s great to work with. He really takes care of his customers and makes sure the job gets done right. One of the best parts is that they bring the whole entire showroom right to your home, making it super easy to see what works in your space. Brett and his team really listen to what their clients want, and everyone who works with him are just GOOD people—friendly and respectful
