Loved that the sales reps came to our home with samples to view in our environment. They communicated with us all along the process so it flowed smoothly. The movers they used were on time, cared about my furniture and were quick. Soon after they left the carpet layers arrived. They did a fantastic job, asking questions to ensure that they were doing what we wanted. Took time needed to ensure they were doing quality work. All in all we are very pleased. Thank you!!

We recently had new carpeting installed in our living room - the installers did a wonderful job.. However, we noticed that the there was a problem with the carpet itself (the pattern was not running in a straight line in an area of the carpet. We phoned Carlee Clayton, who we had worked with, sent her pictures. She came out to the house and saw the problem, and put an order in for new carpeting. As soon as it came in, they called to schedule a new installation. The installers again did a wonderful job, the carpet is perfect and we could not be happier with the results. Carlee came out to do a find inspection also to make sure we were completely satisfied. Thank you again for standing by your product and work ethics.
