Had a great experience with the people at FCI. Very competitive price and EXCELLENT communication. They really went overboard. We were in a difficult situation and needed carpet in a week and a half and they came through. The installers were great. Everything went off without a hitch from beginning to end. Highly recommend them!

Floor Coverings International South Gwinnett representatives, Garner and Amos were professional from the start.They communicated well with me throughout the process. The work done was good. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the timing to complete the project took longer than expected, since it was only one room.

My floors look amazing. I loved everything about Floor Coverings International from my first meeting with Garner to the final walk through with Kristen. The prices was good. The different flooring options was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation didn't take long. I will be contacting them for my future projects.
