This flooring Company is unmatched! We got many different quotes to replace the floors on the 2nd story of our new home and found Kim who came to our house and worked with us tirelessly to make sure we got 100% what we wanted in the end. This took a lot of iterations and scenarios but he was so patient and helpful the entire time. He was also easy to reach and great at communication which was so appreciated. The crew arrived early the day of the project and got it all done within 9 hours, we were SO impressed! The floors look incredible and came out better than we hoped. The price was extremely reasonable and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. Thank you to all for such a positive outcome!

After an unexpected roof leak damaged our subfloor and caused the wood to swell, FCI truly saved the day!The entire process was seamless. Kim personally came to the property to survey the damage, providing incredible white-glove service and communication from the start. This high level of care continued through the excellent coordination of the Project Manager, Rin.The team worked with impressive speed, finishing the entire job in just one day without sacrificing quality. Their pricing was very competitive, and the professionalism from everyone involved was top-notch.I've already started referring them to friends, and I will definitely be a return customer for future projects. This company was one of the most organized, thorough, and nicest people I dealt with! Kim came to our house equipped with a "mobile showroom" of samples. He explained the process to us and gave us a reasonable quote. The project manager, Rin, was very communicative throughout the installation and afterwards. The resulting kitchen floor is beautiful! If I ever need any more flooring work, I will definitely use them.

Excellent experience with Floor Coverings International.. Both Kim and Rin are true professionals. I got Kim's contact information from a neighbor who had been very pleased with her installation. Kim offered suggestions for a tile color and design for a small reading room. The recommendations were perfect for the space! Also, he listened to what my needs were regarding carpet and helped me select an excellent choice. Rin has been amazing: on site to help ensure a smooth installation, went above and beyond to help with extras such as making sure the baseboard was touched up as well as helping me get my closet situated. The carpet and tile are both beautiful and very nice quality. What an improvement! Definitely recommend!

Floor Coverings International not only did a professional installation of carpet for my kitchen, but they also provided an innovative solution to the several issues we were facing with the flooring. They throughly discussed the options with us. The carpet is beautiful and functional. We got a pet friendly carpet which works well. Kim and Rin, our consultant and project manager, were friendly and professional. The project was done on time and efficiently. The project was a bit expensive but for the quality, consulting., and commitment, it was worth it. I highly recommend this company.
