Niki opened the Floor Coverings International franchise in August 2023 and quickly established herself as a trusted and valued partner to the community. Through her leadership, the franchise has become synonymous with quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Niki and her husband, Tim, have been married for 25 years and raised a blended family of six in Spring Hill, TN and Chester Springs, PA. With the nest empty, PCB became their permanent home in the fall of 2022. In their spare time, they enjoy the beach and live music.
