Jeff Blanton, born and raised in Dearborn, Michigan, is the franchise owner of Floor Coverings International of the Palm Coast territory.
Jeff served eight years in the United States Air Force and then continued his career working for the Department of Defense as a Program Manager and Systems Engineer. Throughout his career, Jeff has always wanted to be an entrepreneur. Jeff chose the Floor Coverings International franchise because of its customer-first mindset and commitment to craftsmanship. Jeff has a passion for helping homeowners and businesses transform their spaces.
Proudly serving the local community, Jeff believes strong relationships are the foundation of long-term success. Jeff takes pride in running a family-, veteran-, and locally owned business, backed by a trusted national brand.
Cindy Blanton is someone who truly values connection, family, and enjoying the simple things in life. She loves spending time at the beach, soaking up the coastal lifestyle, and making meaningful memories with the people she cares about most. Family time is incredibly important to Cindy and plays a big role in how she approaches both her personal and professional life.
She is known for being warm, approachable, and dependable — someone people feel comfortable turning to and trusting. Cindy takes pride in building genuine relationships and believes that showing up with honesty and care makes all the difference.
Professionally, Cindy has spent several years working in real estate, where she enjoys helping people through important life transitions. While real estate is part of what she does, at her core, Cindy is passionate about people, community, and creating a life centered around balance, connection, and coastal living.
Kip Harvey brings 28 years of dealership experience, along with three and a half years owning his own dealership. Even after retiring twice, he wasn’t ready to slow down. Today, he serves as our Design Associate, using his attention to detail, product knowledge, and genuine passion for helping people to guide clients confidently through every step of their projects.
Outside of work, Kip’s greatest joy is his wife—especially traveling and spending time on the water together. As a 100-ton licensed Captain, he’s right at home at the helm. He has a lifelong love for motorcycles, played drums for over 25 years, is a true music enthusiast, and stays active in the gym five to six days a week.
