Shona Holden is the co-owner of Floor Coverings International’s St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Gandy/Bayshore locations. She brings nearly 20 years of residential interior design experience, with a focus on renovations and new construction.

A proud University of Georgia graduate, Shona began her career in banking as a Vice President at SunTrust Bank before moving into real estate, where she developed strong expertise in finance and property management. Since relocating from Georgia to St. Petersburg in 2012 with her husband, Reid, and their children, she has become deeply connected to the local community and now calls Venetian Isles home.

Shona is passionate about helping homeowners create beautiful, functional spaces through thoughtful flooring solutions and a personalized design experience. She is also actively involved in the community through organizations such as the Rotary Club of St. Petersburg and The Stuart Society, while supporting a variety of local charitable events.

Reid co-owns three Floor Coverings International territories with his wife, Shona, serving St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Gandy/Bayshore. With more than 20 years of experience in business leadership, strategic planning, and operations, he plays a key role in guiding the company’s growth and day-to-day success.

A University of Georgia graduate, Reid has built and scaled businesses across multiple industries, including technology sales and project management. At Floor Coverings International, he focuses on production and business strategy, working closely with Shona to deliver a high level of service and a seamless experience for homeowners.

Outside of work, Reid enjoys supporting his children’s sports activities and staying involved in the community.

Bekki serves as Branch Manager for Floor Coverings International’s St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Gandy/Bayshore territories. A proud multi-generational local and native of the Sunshine City, Bekki is deeply rooted in St. Petersburg through her volunteer work, community involvement, and long-standing relationships.

Her connection to owner Shona Holden began years ago when their children attended LCC Day School together. Bekki is also the proud mom of two: her daughter, currently a student at St. Pete High, and her son, who attends Northside Christian School.

Bill Hess brings decades of flooring experience and a long-standing commitment to customer service to Floor Coverings International Clearwater. Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Bill has been a longtime resident of Largo, Florida.

As the former owner of the Floor Coverings International Clearwater/Seminole location for more than 30 years, Bill built a strong reputation for quality work and personalized service. Today, he continues to help Clearwater homeowners find the right flooring solutions for their homes, with a focus on creating beautiful, lasting spaces and delivering a seamless experience from start to finish.

Becky Sutfin helps homeowners select flooring solutions that bring beauty, comfort, and functionality to their spaces.

Becky joined the team in October 2025 after several years of co-owning and operating a local handyman business with her husband, who has spent his career in construction. Through that experience, Becky developed a deep appreciation for the role quality materials and thoughtful design play in transforming a home.

Originally hired as a Production Manager, Becky quickly demonstrated a strong ability to connect with clients and guide them through the design process. Recognizing her natural talent for relationship-building and product consultation, Shona and Reid transitioned Becky to the Design Associate role, where she now helps homeowners choose flooring that fits their style, needs, and lifestyle.

Active in the local business community, Becky networks with real estate professionals through the Suncoast Tampa Association of REALTORS® (STAR), building relationships that help connect homeowners with trusted flooring expertise.

Originally from Chicago, Becky has lived in the Largo and Clearwater area for more than two decades. She and her husband have three children and seven grandchildren.

Outside of work, Becky is active at Freedom Family Church in Seminole, where she helps welcome new members and foster a warm, inviting community. She also enjoys staying active and participating in mud runs and obstacle course races with her family.

Traci serves as Project Manager for Floor Coverings International’s St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Gandy/Bayshore territories. With more than 20 years of experience in the flooring industry, she brings deep expertise in hardwood flooring, including installation, sanding, and finishing, as well as custom parquet and inlay work.

Originally from the Washington, DC area, Traci has managed projects ranging from small residential jobs to full-scale new construction homes requiring comprehensive flooring solutions. She is known for her organized approach, clear communication, and ability to guide complex projects smoothly from planning through completion.

Traci has also been an active member of the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) for more than 20 years. She stays current on industry trends and best practices and enjoys supporting the professional community through mentorship and participation in industry events.
