We had a great experience working with Floor Coverings International for our tile (Diatile) and Cali Bamboo flooring installation. I sourced and specified all materials myself with fairly tight specs, so execution mattered. I worked directly with the owner, Dave, and he was excellent—patient, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. As with any project, a few issues came up along the way. What stood out was Dave’s commitment to making things right. He addressed concerns promptly and stayed engaged until everything was resolved to our standards. The installation turned out clean and precise, and the finished result reflects the level of detail we were aiming for. The team at Floor Coverings International did a great job with our project, replacing the carpet in four rooms on the second floor and converting the hallway from carpet to LVP at an affordable price. They were able to wrap up the project in one day and took great care of the spaces they were working in. Would highly recommend!

The team did an excellent job truly 5 out of 5. They installed the carpet surprisingly fast and the quality of the work was outstanding. Everything was handled professionally with no unnecessary questions or upselling just straight to the point. The guys who supervised the project both times did a great job as well. Everything was organized, on schedule, and exactly as promised. We also really appreciated their flexibility on pricing. Since this was a large space, they worked with us and offered a very fair price, taking our budget into consideration instead of trying to push the cost higher. Very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and overall experience. Highly recommend!
