The service from FCI was EXCELLENT! Communication was top tier, and I always knew when things were going to be done. Dave was very detailed and thorough with the initial house walk through, Desiree was always in communication giving me any feedback needed, and the gentlemen that did my carpets and vinyl floor were timely, extremely quick and efficient, and very clean. I’m so happy to have done business with them, and will continue to do more projects with FCI!

I got my floors done by Floor Covering International in Middletown. From start to finish the service was excellent, the product is beautiful and the installers were awesome. The installers arrived at 7:30 am and were done by noon. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that wants to have quality service and quality products. Thank you Floor Covering International for being an awesome company to work with.

Very easy to schedule and accommodating in terms of hours and when the installation took place! Vanio was very attentive and included us in discussions about any issue that may have arisen or preferences in how the installation was being performed. It was very easy and quick and I would recommend to those who need floors!

We had them assist us with installing new floors into our home that would also be able to handle the weight and power of my electric wheelchair. They were very amenable and over the course of their installation, solved a few other issues like a door not being easy to open! They were upfront about any and all topics and we would recommend to others if they need a new floor! A pleasure to work with.

need to work on customer service skills and don't block your customers number just because I didn't want my floor done right away, I wanted to make sure I was choosing right flooring for my home and the samples I was shown were not what I wanted or liked so I didn't want to move to fast because if im going to pay all that money I have to make the right choice I mean I have to look at it every day for next 15 years and I have a puppy and just wanted to wait a few more months. but its OK some one else can do the job and get me the flooring I like .

The company was in constant communication with me from start to finish. They communicated through text messages, which to me was ideal. The workers installed floors for 2 rooms in my house and they were done so fast.Arrival and departure took 3, maybe 4 hours... Amazing work.
