Everything was great from beginning to end. Sean brought samples to our home and was very professional and respectful. We chose Floor Coverings Intentional because of the product and because they are a local small business. The installation process was well explained to us and Fransisco and the installation team were very respectful and polite. The installers did a fantastic job and our new floors look great.

You can really tell they take pride in their work—the attention to detail and care they put into everything shows in the final result. I was told that they could get the job done very fast because they are international. That wasn't the case. They ordered wrong product and it took about 3 weeks after I paid a deposit before the project started. They also were calling me and texting me many times a day about payment. I didn't call bugging them during this 3 week period that they had my deposit before they started the project. It was very uncomfortable to be bothered so much. The communication was poor. It was just silence from the 3 weeks before the project started and I had to call them finally after over 2 weeks to find out what was going on. Lainie was the one from their company hounding me like I was gonna rip them off or something. I dont appreciate being treated this way. The floor work took 2 days which is what I was expecting. But then was told it'd only be one and it did end up taking 2. I recommend NOT doing business with them.

I am so upset. I was taken advantage of as a single female dealing with this project. I asked for carpet in both bedrooms, was victim of a bait and switch when they decided without my approval, to put LVP instead of carpet so they could take more money from me. When I informed them that’s not what I wanted, they told me it would be better and refused to put carpet in. Also, the project was delayed weeks because whoever they get their product from can’t manage to find what you pay for in a timely manner. Bo was so unsympathetic to the situation when I explained what happened and again, thought he was in a position to tell me what was best for my apartment. Oh, and they banged up my trims that were just painted, and are telling me my invoice is past due despite them not having completed the work. I will never use or recommend this company again. I’d recommend finding someone who cares about customer service, imagine being worried you’ll have a lien on your home for work that you didn’t even want, and the company tells you that you should be thankful that they charged you more money for flooring you didn’t want. Kind of shocking they’d find that acceptable, learn from my mistakes.
