We had 4 bids to do our carpet and while FCI was not the lowest- they had the best knowledge and presentation of what would work for our house- and scheduled the work to be completed by our listing date. Which was ten days away. Honesty and quick, quality work. Very happy with the new carpet

Be aware of this specific company. Bo Becker was hired for an estimate at my parents home. They never signed a contract and decided to wait. He has misleading paperwork, manipulated the financial institution he works with, dishonest business practices, ignored feedback from the better business bureau, attempts financial elder abuse. Do not hire. They have been an absolute nightmare and the harassment towards my parents still continues today. In response to your inaccurate comment: I think it is important to give shopping customers a full view of your business practices. My mother picked your company due to its 5 star reviews and photos. What you are forgetting is I was present when a proposal, not contract for work was signed. There was absolutely no discussion about the need for an expedited process. I was also present for both meetings and the exact opposite was discussed. If you actually ordered materials it was before a deposit or full agreement was made. The day she was approved from your financial institution she informed them she would not be moving forward with anything. You tried to force payment with the credit card company and they denied your request of payment and told you it was unauthorized. You and my mother spoke and you agreed verbally over the phone it was a misunderstanding. After that you repeatedly sent certified requests for payments with zero work or proof that you ordered anything prior to approval. You have refused to communicate the better business bureau for a solution. As for the last step of your actions, I will humbly leave that out. Documentation without a signature is paperwork. If you would like to come to an agreement as you claim, please respond back to the better business bureau.
