Worst experience ever. It took them over two months to install our carpet. They came up with excuses, such as not enough carpet, the wrong color carpet, didn’t bring the carpet, no carpet padding available. They constantly blame their distributor, hello, it’s part of your company. We had two rooms done and some stairs. When you remove all the furniture from two rooms, you basically are not using four rooms. We had that for two months when they came and went to and were very ill prepared. They even wanted to complete one of the rooms with two different colors of carpet.The carpet we ended up with is complete crap. The carpet is very low quality. The carpet is about as nice as saltine cracker with some pubic hairs on top. This would be the definition of bait and switch.I’m sure we’ll need to tear this junk out very soon.. I’m just glad they’re out of our house.

As an electrician, I’ve had the privilege of working on a project alongside Floor Coverings International, and I was genuinely impressed. What stood out most to me was how the homeowners reacted when one of their flooring installers showed up. They were truly excited to see him. In all my years in the trades, I honestly can’t remember seeing that kind of response to a flooring company. That says a lot about the experience Brian and his crew create. They clearly care about their customers, communicate well, and take pride in their work. From what I saw, they don’t just install floors—they make people feel taken care of throughout the process. If you’re looking for a flooring company that is professional, customer-focused, and does outstanding work, I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

We could not have been any happier with our flooring project. Starting with our initial interaction with Jade, FCI-Boulder exceeded all expectations around prompt and thorough communication. Alycia was incredibly helpful, patient, and generous with her time, as we selected our flooring. We are so grateful for her guidance through the process. There was constant and complete transparency from her in all respects. Jeff was an amazing project coordinator, communicating often throughout the project. When there were bumps in the road, he delivered solutions. We had a few specific asks regarding certain trim and angle details that were difficult for some companies to commit to working with, but not Floor Coverings International- Boulder. They did a fantastic job!
