We recently had our Brazilian cherry wood floors refinished throughout our home, including the kitchen, walkways, master bedroom, and office. The results were stunning. During the initial consultation, the designer, Alycia, provided valuable insights into the best finishes and colors for my space. Jeff kept us updated throughout the process, which was especially reassuring since we were out of town and a bit uneasy about having people in our home. The team was professional, punctual, and meticulous, taking great care to protect our furniture and belongings. The final result exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the transformation. We highly recommend FCI-Boulder for their exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

We had the best experience with this ENTIRE team! From the initial contact to the follow up calls which were nice and never felt pushy, to Alycia who came out and showed me options and never rushed me or made me feel like she was “selling me” on anything, to the prep team and the install team. I literally have ZERO complaints. We are very much in love with our flooring and will absolutely use Floor Coverings International-Boulder again for our future projects!! FCI Boulder was great to work with. They fit me in for a site visit and quote quickly. They were transparent with their pricing and very knowledgeable, answering all of our questions. They kept in touch about material orders and fit us in quickly for installation. We replaced the carpet on the entire top floor of our home and the stairs with laminate. The installers were onsite on time and did a great job. When we had some lift on the stairs a week following installation they came back within a few days and fixed the issue to our satisfaction. We will use them again for future projects and recommend their services.

Alycia and Jeff were professional, answered all my questions and understood the challenges of my schedule. The team refinished the existing hickory floor and added new hickory in the bedrooms and closets. My concerns about the two matching well enough to fool the eye were completely unfounded. Honestly, I had no idea the existing floor could look so good. I could not be happier with the service and work done.

I’m very pleased with the results of our flooring project completed by Floor Coverings International. We had three bedrooms that needed new flooring, and the final outcome looks excellent. I’m a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker in Boulder and first learned about Floor Coverings International at a sales meeting, where the company was recommended for unusual and complex flooring solutions. That’s what led me to contact them, especially since one of our bedrooms had a more challenging issue — the floor had settled over time and needed to be leveled. What initially seemed like a major concern was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real peace of mind. Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. Brian stayed in close contact and ensured every detail was addressed from start to finish. Ally, Brian and Jeff, with Floor Covering International were an absolute joy to work with from our very first meeting to the final walkthrough of my 14,000 sf. carpet project at The Bradley Boulder Inn in downtown Boulder. Twelve guestrooms, 3 staircases, 3 long hallways in all - this was a challenging project! We are thrilled with the result! Ally, our salesperson, was so conscientious and patient while we chose our carpet, color and pattern. She came out to our hotel on numerous occassions, just to make sure she had everything exactly perfected for the installation. The installers were master craftsmen at their job, and Scott and Jason were perfectionists, making sure every seam was invisible and every pattern was straight. They took so much pride in their work and finished an entire day ahead of schedule. Jeff choreographed the movers (Gorilla Moving - Carlos & Juan) who picked up huge beds and dressers and carefully moved them out of, and back into the rooms. Carlos and Juan are the strongest men you have met, they made it look like they were picking up feathers and not solid hardwood beds and dressers. Everyone worked with glad heart and we even had guests (in separate wings) during the project and they loved watching the transformation! Just a great experience.
