This realization led him to Floor Coverings International, where he assembled a team of honest, hardworking, and talented individuals who shared these core values. He believes businesses share the responsibility of improving their communities. For every installation, his company donates to local charities, reflecting a commitment to using business as a driver for positive change.
Justin’s approach prioritizes delivering exceptional customer experiences and seamless installations while building meaningful connections. Dedicated to creating results everyone can be proud of, he transforms spaces—and lives—one floor at a time.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys Colorado’s outdoors and exploring craft cocktail bars. With certifications in wine, spirits, and sake, he’s always happy to recommend pairings or discuss your favorite cocktails.
Robin is an accomplished Operations Leader with expertise in internal communications and customer experience within the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, Robin has honed her skills through roles focused on operational excellence, such as developing processes for a multi-unit fitness brand and managing large-scale hotel renovation projects.
Frustrated by the challenges of completing home improvement projects, Robin identified an opportunity to leverage her hospitality background to improve customer satisfaction in a new industry. Robin is eager to be a guide for customers choosing the perfect flooring for their space.
A native of New York, Robin began her career in Chicago before relocating to Denver in 2018. Outside of work, she is a pop-culture enthusiast, an avid vacation planner, and always on the hunt for the perfect New York-style bagel. Robin is also a proud co-owner of a business alongside her better half, Justin George.
Paloma has over 8 years of experience testing flooring of all types. She loves carpets—especially plush, warm options with stain and soil protection—but is also known to frequent cool, beautifully laid porcelain tile on hot summer days. Her discerning paws also approve of luxury vinyl's durability and hardwood's timeless elegance.
When she’s not testing flooring, you’ll find Paloma begging for treats or napping on the couch. Her no-nonsense approach to ultimate comfort and commitment to finding the coziest nap spots mean that we offer the perfect flooring for every home.
