Stellar service, stellar product and stellar price. If you are considering new flooring, check with Floor Coverings International of Temecula Valley first. Jeremy was on site on day one, and checked in, if not in person then via phone call, or email almost daily. He gave his expert attention to details and his expert advice whenever we needed help with a decision. His team was timely, clean, and efficient and very personable too. For any issues that arose, and they were minor, Jeremy came to the house and personally handled them. Everything came out even nicer than we expected, and we expect great work for our time and money! Our friends are all amazed at the precision and beauty of our new floors, and the painstaking care that was given to matching the old wood we didn’t need to replace. The entire experience could not have been better. Starting with Jeremy’s initial visit to measure and select the vinyl flooring. Then the crew was great as well. Showed up as scheduled, worked efficiently and carefully to remove old flooring and install new as new painting had been done just prior. Highly recommended!

Floor Coverings Intl of Temecula did a WONDERFUL job on my upstairs carpeting. I have a 2-story house and the downstairs is vinyl plank (done years ago) and I needed to update my upstairs. Jeremy came out with samples and helped me pick something that is great in my house. The install was simple and they made sure I was more than happy with the job.

I am absolutely in love with my new flooring. I am so happy that I chose Floor Coverings International of Temecula Valley, CA. The entire team was pleasant to work with. Jeremy not only came out to give me the quote, he saw my vision. He not only made sure the job was done right, he came to check on the progress as the work was being completed. The young men who laid the flooring were kind and professional. One of my favorite parts about the team was Sheri. I must have gone back and forth with so many decisions, but she was kind, pleasant and never complained, Thank you all so much!!!

We were able to schedule a consultation with Jeremy quickly & easily and he was so diligent about taking time with us to make sure that we understood our options, all our questions were answered and we were confident in our flooring selection. Sheri and Jeremy were both great about reaching out to us about the timeline and what to expect, and were always available for questions or a check in. Payments were all made online and hassle free! The installation team was so efficient, professional and did a wonderful job on our floors. After installation was complete, Jeremy did a walk through with us to ensure that we were happy with our flooring. Overall, the flooring is of great quality and we are so happy with it, but beyond that, the customer service that FCI provided was above and beyond. We’ve already recommended FCI to a friend who also loved their experience, and we’d quickly and happily recommend them again.

I first met with Jeremy to go over carpet choices and colors. Once the carpet was ordered, Sheri and Jeremy both kept me informed to delivery times, scheduling, etc.The communication was excellent and the whole experience was great! I will be using them again!

Jeremy the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. He delivered on price, product and customer service. When there was a piece missing from our closet he actually drove to get the piece himself and had his crew member Ernie come back the very next day to take care of the issue. 100% satisfied customer here when it comes to the most important areas of the job. Price, quality, promptness, got the job done a day earlier than expected, customer service was absolutely off the charts.
