Our experience with FCI of Temecula Valley was exceptional right from the start! We were able to schedule a consultation with Jeremy quickly & easily and he was so diligent about taking time with us to make sure that we understood our options, all our questions were answered and we were confident in our flooring selection. Sheri and Jeremy were both great about reaching out to us about the timeline and what to expect, and were always available for questions or a check in. Payments were all made online and hassle free! The installation team was so efficient, professional and did a wonderful job on our floors. After installation was complete, Jeremy did a walk through with us to ensure that we were happy with our flooring. Overall, the flooring is of great quality and we are so happy with it, but beyond that, the customer service that FCI provided was above and beyond. We’ve already recommended FCI to a friend who also loved their experience, and we’d quickly and happily recommend them again.

I first met with Jeremy to go over carpet choices and colors. Once the carpet was ordered, Sheri and Jeremy both kept me informed to delivery times, scheduling, etc.The communication was excellent and the whole experience was great! I will be using them again!

Jeremy the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. He delivered on price, product and customer service. When there was a piece missing from our closet he actually drove to get the piece himself and had his crew member Ernie come back the very next day to take care of the issue. 100% satisfied customer here when it comes to the most important areas of the job. Price, quality, promptness, got the job done a day earlier than expected, customer service was absolutely off the charts. We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International. Jeremy was amazing and so patient as it took us quite a while to decide on a color and style of flooring. He happily answered all of our many, many questions. The installer, Ernie, was professional, respectful and cleaned up every night. Jeremy checked in daily to ensure the project was on schedule and to answer any questions/concerns we had along the way. We absolutely love the finished product and would recommend this company to anyone looking for flooring.

FCI of Temecula Valley came to our rescue immediately. Prior to FCI stepping in, we had experienced a very frustrating situation with another contractor who ultimately became unresponsive. The minute I contacted Jeremy, he was at our home within 2 hours with samples and spent time with us explaining the product, FCI's scope of work, and provided us with an estimate on the spot. We kicked the other contractor to the curb and contracted with FCI. FCI was able to install our beautiful new flooring within a week's time (which included a holiday weekend). FCI's installers were prompt, courteous and their attention to detail outstanding. We strongly recommend FCI. Thank you FCI for coming to our rescue.

Jeremy came to our house and showed us flooring and baseboard samples. Super friendly and zero pressure. The contract process was simple. The flooring was installed over a two-day period by Anthony and it looks great. Good company, good service, good price, good people -- you can't ask for more!
