You can tell a lot about a company by how they stand behind their service. Floor Covering International Mesa did that and beyond. We ordered carpet from another vendor but hired Floor Coverings to do the install. They came out and measured, we ordered the carpet and they did the install. We did ask that there would be no seam. Unfortunately, there was a small seam. After discussing this with Kris, she immediately told us she would correct the problem. She reordered the carpet for the entire room and reinstalled the carpet at no charge! Kris was professional throughout the process and wanted to make sure we were 100% happy with the results. Outstanding service and a great team to work with!

FCI Mesa recently removed our old carpet and installed new carpet in two rooms of our house. We were thrilled with the experience, Alan and his team were responsive and on top of the entire process. They were very flexible and allowed us to take samples home, returned our calls promptly, and made the entire buying, installation, and follow-up very seamless and easy. If you need new carpet, forget the rest and call Alan at Floor Coverings Intl in Mesa, you won’t regret your decision.

Alan showed up to see the install and make a promo video, so my new flooring is a star! And Noelle, besides previous visits, showed up to ensure the install was done to my satisfaction, and even helped move furniture back as I was partially laid up. It was amazing to see the two installers do everything in 6 hours or less, it was a lot of work

They followed up several times with me and were probably the only flooring company that was kind, took their time explaining flooring. They also mentioned they’d price match, so after i interviewed a few companies, i chose to use FCI because their customer service was far better than anywhere else and they worked with me to find the right price for our rental. I love that this branch is family owned, it made the choice easy as a family person!
