Everytime I work with Matt and Michelle it is absolutely wonderful. I have used FCI on my personal house and use their flooring services on projects for the company I work for. Matt and Michelle are the real deal. They take the time to listen and care for my home/project as if it was their own. The best part of their team is they are efficient. Matt meets with you to understand what you are looking for in your flooring project and has lots of suggestions to ensure a beautiful finish product is completed and Michelle takes care of managing installation. If you are looking for a caring team with your flooring project, then don't look anywhere else. I wouldn't recommend anyone else besides Matt and Michelle!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

EDIT - while Dave the sales guy was great to work with, the quality of work was very disappointing. Our floors have several areas that feel uneven & we had tacks sticking out of the carpet that they had to come back to fix also. We originally were charged $1,600 for subfloor prep which they did bring down to just $900, but we would have much rather have had it done correctly. With two dogs in the house, it’s not easy for us to have guys working in there redoing it. Part of our tile in our bathroom was also chipped when they came to hammer the tacks on the carpet in. Definitely not the quality you expect when you pay around $15,000 to get your floors redone, especially since this is our first home.

We are so happy with our experience with Floor Coverings International. They were patient with our decision making process. They worked well with our insurance company. Installation was seamlessly done by skilled craftsmen. We received daily calls to check on the installation process. I would 100% use them again. I wouldn't even consider anyone else.

This was the second time we used Floor Coverings International. The first time was for carpet in our bedrooms and this time was for Luxury Vinyl Plank in our commons spaces. Everyone at made our experience second to none. Dann was our salesperson. He was prompt, communicative and friendly. He worked at our pace with no pressure! Brad came out to do the measurements and prep us - he was so friendly and put up with our puppy, who absolutely loved him! Gene (or Gary) and Art did the installation. They worked quickly and the flooring looks amazing. I also have to mention Abby and Deb in the office - so friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a great flooring experience, we highly recommend Floor Coverings International!
