The finished product is great. I love it. The crew that installed the laminate flooring was great, and the crew that installed the carpet was exceptional. I would highly recommend this company.

I had high hopes with FCI, lots of great reviews. Rena was great and responsive from the beginning to the end. Unfortunately, that’s where it stopped for this company. This was a THREE DAY job, however the flooring crew was in a tremendous hurry and made amateur mistakes, miss cuts, lose risers, and random bullnose cuts on the baseboards, along with little triangle pieces to fill in baseboards that were sloppily done. They also didn’t replace a door stop for my front door, which resulted in a hole in my wall. The repair attempt on that was absolutely atrocious and amateur at best. They were “finished in TWO DAYS, they said they would come back on the third day to fix all of the mistakes and they were a no show, no call, I wasted a day that I could have worked.. once that was sorted out, their project manager came back to fix the mistakes, however, he only fixed some, stating “he ran out of material, and left the mistakes. I demanded that the owner compensate me for the mistakes, which he had a problem with doing, stating “he will take a loss”, and “he won’t be able to pay his workers”. He really made it about “him” instead of his customer. Original job cost was $12,000, my stair case is trash, I asked for $3000 deduction. This doesn’t even cover the two days I took off for them to do the work or the repairs, let alone contracting someone else to fix them. Courtney continued to make it about him and his company. To top it all off, once he agreed to the deduction he asked to come by my house at 8:30am on a Saturday, which I clearly told him that I would meet him out front, due to the time of the day and my dogs barking if he came to the door… not only did he come to the door, he rang the doorbell! I would implore you to think twice about contracting this company. I have txt communication and lots of pictures to back my statements up. This is a truthful and non-exaggerated review. If Courtney is transparent and honest, he will agree whit this review of his business. I hope he uses this failure as a way to improve his business.

My wife and I called them to change the carpet in a stairway and our bedroom and they did a fantastic job.

Rena was great from the start! We didn't feel pressured at all and she answered all of our questions. We never once felt "sold to". The two gentlemen that installed the flooring were both friendly and showed that they were skilled at what they were doing.

From start to finish Rena supplied me with samples, estimate and an installation date quickly and without problems. The installers were polite and efficient. The final product was very good.
