I wish I could give this company more than 5 stars. Owen, the owner of the company, went above and beyond to help me with my floor installation. When I first met him, I could tell he genuinely cared about his customers - he truly cares about his customers' satisfaction. I interviewed several floor specialists before starting my project, but Owen stood out to me because he took the time to explain his price quote and the different types of flooring materials, services provided, etc. He was never in a rush and made sure I understood what I was paying for. (It's hard to find that transparency nowadays in home improvement projects.)Owen helped me navigate some unexpected situations and handled everything with grace. For instance, I was not expecting to install LVP under my kitchen cabinets - in a typical situation, the floors are installed after the base cabinets. (My entire floor installation project was supposed to start after my cabinets have been installed.) However, when my kitchen cabinet installer came, he wasn't able to install the cabinets because the base cabinets have "feet" and are supposed to sit on a floor and not concrete. I called Owen at the last minute and he was able to get several guys to install the kitchen floor the following day, so my kitchen cabinet installation can begin. I then had a long delay with other renovation projects and Owen was patient to hold off on installing the floor in other parts of my home. Owen's guys did an amazing job with the installation. I couldn't be happier.Owen is reliable and honest - he truly lives up to his promises!

I needed some hardwood floor and carpet work done for my rental property. Farid and Owen came by to look at the job and gave a fair estimate. Job was done following week as promised. They made few suggestions that made my job very easy in terms of picking the type of carpet needed for the job. They were very easy to communicate with during the process. Farid came by to look at the installation after it was completed and made sure that I was happy with both hardwood and carpet installation. They definitely care about their customers view and satisfaction. Very good company to work with.

We are very happy with our experience with Owen. He is very nice and knowledgeable about his products. We never felt rushed; he was very welcoming. If you are interested in getting your floors done, I definitely recommend Floor Coverage International Tyson corner Virginia.
