Excellent service start to finish. The carpet repair was done same day, which is INCREDIBLE (and I'm sure rare to be able to pull off). Glenn was easy to deal with, extremely professional and got someone on my job as quick as he could. Clearly this company is reliable, reasonably priced and darn good at what they do. Highly recommend!

They gave a fair estimate for the work we wanted, and were relatively quick to get us on the schedule. At the initial attempt to install, they realized the wood that was ordered did not match our existing floor, and it required installing a temporary floor to order more as well as additional materials. Despite the added work and materials, they honored the originally agreed upon price, and made it happen quickly and efficiently. Mistakes happen, but FCi had fantastic customer service in owning the mistake and making it right. We ended up with great looking floors and I would highly recommend them.

This whole process was made as easy to understand during the stressful period of my water heater unexpectedly failing and ruining my hardwood and carpet. Everyone was so pleasant to talk with and explained everything to me in a way I could grasp. They were able to anticipate my questions and always had a smile and ease of conversation. If I ever need or want to replace flooring again I will be reaching out to them.

I was nervous and excited at having new floors installed. Picking out the floor was the most stressful, but the salesman came out several times with samples to help us finally decide on one. The install was so much better than I could have imagined. They men moved heavy furniture and were very careful in the process. For my own peace of mind and for my animals comfort as well the install was spread out over 3 days. I work from home and when it came time to do my office, they had to move everything, 2 desks, a sideboard, carpets and a shelving unit. And the put everything back the way they found it. Maybe the most fun part was the fact the installers spoke little english but they always had the head guy on speed dial. We only used that twice. The most wonderful part of all was the clean up when they finished! And now I feel like I have a new house. I could go on, it is just so good to know that there is a reliable, competent and thorough company that adheres to high standards!
