The installation of a carpet runner on our hardwood stairs is fantastic and customer service is outstanding!! I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of the carpet for the amount of money we paid, however I would recommend this business.

I recently had new carpet installed in my office space using Floor Coverings International and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. The installers arrived on time, were respectful of my office, and worked efficiently. They moved the furniture with care and cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. The carpet looks fantastic! An absolutely five - star experience. Marie was the original sales consultant and was very helpful in choosing a carpet that suited our home and lifestyle. She was not pushy or focused on a sale, which made us choose the company. Max and his crew were kind and considerate - went above and beyond and even brought in a package for me! I will absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone who needs new flooring!

Appreciation to Marie, Max, Scott and the Floor Coverings International- Midlothian Team. The entire process was to plan and the outcome exceeded our expectations. The carpet was removed from the second floor of our home and replaced with oak flooring. The entire team was great to work with, moving the furniture and replacing when done. We recently replaced all of our first level flooring with a non-pvc product. Installation included carpet removal and subfloor build up in two rooms to remove transition strips and create a smooth surface throughout. Marie and her team were extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Great service start to finish!
