FCI - Midlo was incredible from beginning to end. The process was simple and convenient for my busy family. Initially I was concerned with the amount of work that would help us prepare for this job but FCI made it very clear they were there to help. They installers were friendly, on time, and on schedule with their work. We received everything we asked for and it was simple and much easier than we thought. Thank you to Marie and Max and the entire crew for helping us make our home even better!

I would give 100 stars if possible!!!!!! If you need floors, carpet, or any services this company offers;do not hesitate to use them. Marie is a wonderful person and you can tell she cares about her clients. They come to your house to do consultations which is so much less intimidating. Max was the head of construction. He communicated so well throughout the entire process. The crew did a fabulous job and my floors look awesome. This company is not a fly by night company. They are there when you need them to answer any questions. I did a lot of research before I decided to go with this company and it was all positive. I am so glad I decided to go with them because I have heard horror stories of new floors and a lot of these companies! YOUR SEARCH IS OVER!!!!! CALL MARIE MAHONEY!!!@!

Floor Coverings International (Midlothian Only) has done 2 homes for us. Marie is incredible, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. The installers and movers were very efficient. They work a full day with reasonable break times and really do an excellent job. The reason I said Midlothian Only is my sister in law had an absolutely horrible experience with the same company in Atlanta Ga. (We also referred the company to her) Marie must be the exception. I gleefully give my recommendation for her location.

Floor Coverings International was great through the whole process. Marie and Max worked with us to get us back to normal after some extensive repairs that removed our flooring. They helped us pick out product, gave us a very reasonable quote and were helpful and communicative throughout. We are very happy with the work that they did installing our floors. They honored their appointments with us on time and they were also super helpful and understanding when we had to reschedule due to other conflicting contracting work. Will call them again if we ever need any floor work done in the future.

The installation of a carpet runner on our hardwood stairs is fantastic and customer service is outstanding!! I’m not completely satisfied with the quality of the carpet for the amount of money we paid, however I would recommend this business.
