We recarpeted our house, replacing 17 year old carpets. The whole experience was fantastic. Natalie walked us through the whole process, picking colors, padding, and accommodating our schedule. The install team was very efficient, working from early morning into the evening. They moved our furniture and returned it to the proper location. Natalie visited each day to make sure it was all going well. The finished carpeting is fantastic, with great color and deep cushion of wadding makes it a joy to walk barefoot. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

From start to finish the process was simple and enjoyable. Natalie, the franchise owner, came over to do the initial measuring and provided an estimate. We asked for two estimates, one for just the main floor and a second for our entryway which was no problem. Installation day was handled with professionalism and at the end of it all the crew cleaned up very well. They made sure to carefully remove the shoe molding around our cabinets as they matched the cabinets and were able to use them again. We noticed one board slightly elevated (it was a defective board, it wasn't the crews fault) and during a walkthrough after, Natalie reached out to her crew and we scheduled to have it replaced. Would recommend them to anyone.

The quote process was thorough and professional. Scheduling had a couple hiccups since they don't do weekends but they communicated well! The floors look wonderful and I'm so happy I made this decision!
