I highly recommend this great team for your flooring project! Working with Maribel and Christian was a breeze. They were very patient helping us choose our flooring. I enjoyed having it all done quickly and efficient. The floors are beautiful and the workers are friendly and respectful. 10/10 you won’t regret giving them a call!

Floor Coverings International Upstate were very informative when we were exploring options and at the end, provided great quality carpeting for the price! They were prompt in scheduling the installation once we made our choice of carpeting, and completed the installation within one day! Customer service was great and professionalism at the highest level!

My only issue was that the toilet was removed and not put back, now I need to find a plumber. Otherwise 10/10 recommend.

Zach Hines was great to work with. He spent the time to answer my questions and was also the best price compared to our other bids. There was a small hiccup with one of our baseboards not being put back after the crew had removed it to install our tile. I texted Zach and it was fixed the same day. Fair pricing, does what he says he will do, and fixes things if they don’t go according to plan the first time. Overall great experience!

Highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects. From the start to the end of our flooring project, working with Bertha and her team was easy and stress-free. Bertha took the time to answer all of our questions, discussed and quoted multiple options through the consultation. Bertha and Martin made sure we were informed throughout the process. Materials arrived quickly and the job was scheduled much sooner than we anticipated, which was great! The installation team, Edgar and Eduardo, took pride in their work and even redid a portion that didn’t meet their expectations. It meant a lot to my family and I to see the team care as much as we did that the project turned out right. We are so happy with our new floors and would highly recommend Bertha and her team for flooring projects.

I was hopeful going into this project, but unfortunately, my experience with this flooring company didn’t meet expectations. While the initial consultation was promising, there were issues with communication and scheduling throughout the process. The timeline kept shifting, and it was difficult to get clear updates. When the installation finally happened, the quality of work was okay, but not quite what I had envisioned. There were a few areas that seemed rushed or uneven, and I had to follow up multiple times to get them addressed. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I think it’s important for others to know what to expect. Hopefully, the company takes this feedback constructively and improves their process moving forward.
