I found Floor Coverings International via HomeAdvisor. They immediately contacted me after I requested a quote for new carpet installation and provided an at home consultation shortly after. Michelle was fantastic and provided multiple carpet samples to choose from during several at home visits. We eventually decided to scrap the carpet plan and opted for luxury vinyl plank flooring to eliminate allergens in the house. I appreciate Michelle's flexibility as my wife and I went back and forth with the various flooring options. The installation crew they sent quickly and efficiently removed the old carpet from the house. What impressed me the most was the amount of prep work that they did prior to installing the vinyl flooring - a significant amount of leveling was performed (almost two days worth) to ensure proper installation. I'm not sure if other installers would have been so comprehensive. Greg kept me up to speed on the process from start to finish. During our final walk through, we noticed a mismatch in the color of the shoe molding compared with the flooring. Greg and Michelle worked to resolve this and ensured our satisfaction - they truly stand by their product! Overall, we are very satisfied with our new flooring and would use FCI again if needed. The floors look great! Both Michelle and Greg were always very professional and available to talk even on weekends.

I found Floor Covering International through a recommendation, and was not disappointed!! We had several consultation from other suppliers, and this was the only one that felt personal and that they understood my unique needs. I have an older townhouse in the city and it needed a full flooring remodel upstairs and downstairs, and Greg and Michelle were so accommodating with my decision making process! Their team of installers had a lot to put up with in an older home, and Greg kept me informed up front and along the way. Not only are the floors gorgeous and feel quality - but we did the stairs and they are a SHOWSTOPPER!! went from carpet upstairs and on the stairs and tiles downstairs to full laminate up and down and real stained hardwood on the stairs. loved working with Greg and Michelle and appreciate them checking on the work before during and after- really gave peace of mind on the project! well worth the money for quality work and easier process. look forward to working with them again on my bathrooms!

Greg and his staff was amazing from the first conversation to the last. I needed a lot of assistance as we were remodeling but I was unable to be on-site. Greg went above and beyond to work with my realtor to come on-site and match the flooring. He found something incredibly close and even came back to FaceTime with my spouse to ensure we were happy with it. When it came to installation, his crew made quick and excellent work. A week later when we were in town Greg walked the property with us and showed us all that was done and promised to come back if we found anything after moving in. It’s been more than a month since our installation and there’s not one thing I would change. Thanks Greg
