Had my water damaged hardwood floor fixed in one week. Great work quality, color matched perfectly that others can’t tell the difference between old and new floors unless pointed out. Also very responsive on communication and retouching minor spots. Would recommend to friends.

I went with FCI Plano for my shower replacement, and they nailed it. I got three quotes and theirs was competitive, and I chose them because their quote includes the plumbing work, but mostly because Ryan (sales rep) really took care of me every step of the way, making multiple visits for ideas and showing tile samples. Their crew is also in house, and I'm very happy with how the shower turned out. Thank you Ryan and team!

Extremely knowledgeable and professional! I had the pleasure of working with Floor Coverings International Plano to replace sections of water-damaged white oak floor at a condo in Addison. My husband and I highly recommend Floor Coverings International Plano. From the very first moment we found out about them to our finished flooring project, it has been perfect! John Conroy, the owner, is so personable, extremely knowledgeable, and makes sure his customers are happy. Leslie, the office manager, was kind, helpful, and very patient with all our questions, and having to change our installation dates several times. Mario, and his brother, worked so hard, and they were also so kind and helpful with all our questions. We would definitely use them again. They are top notch professionals!
