I had an incredible experience working with Chris from Floor Coverings International! He showed up right on time and was so patient with me while I went back and forth on color choices. He provided a quote on the spot, which was quick and convenient. When the initial option ended up being more than I expected, Chris worked with me to find a beautiful carpet that fit both my style and my budget. I was also on a tight timeline to get the carpet installed before listing photos, and Chris managed to squeeze me in last minute—huge relief! The installation team arrived on time and were so sweet and thoughtful. My baby won’t nap unless she’s in her crib, and they kindly put her room back together right away so she could sleep. Even JD, the owner, was on-site to ensure everything went smoothly. The carpet looks and feels amazing—I’m beyond impressed with the professionalism, kindness, and quality of work from the whole team. Highly recommend Floor Coverings International. They truly went above and beyond!

Wonderful overall experience! From the moment my call was answered to finishing the job, everything was handled with professionalism. Owner JD was out at our home to measure and provide an estimate immediately, knowing we were in a time crunch. The next day, he had his crew work with my schedule and before I know it - the job is done and the carpet is perfect! JD and his crew did a great job. They replaced the carpet at our house with hard wood floors. The whole experience was effortless for us. They even moved all the furniture so we didn’t have to. Top notch install. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Floor Coverings International-Tomball. I saw a recommendation on social media for them, so I called, left a message. Within the hour, JD called and we scheduled appointment. Chris came out and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and brought all the right samples, etc to help us make the right choice. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. They got the job completed in a day. I cannot remember the square footage but it was upstairs game room, media, bedroom, and stairs. Highly recommend

My wood floors and carpet have been beaten down by big dogs for 12 years. It's so nice to see the carpet replaced with wood that seamlessly matches the newly refinished original wood. These guys are fantastic!

We had two bedrooms and the living room with carpet and had them replaced with flooring. JD their representative was very friendly and knowledgeable about all types of flooring. It took awhile before my wife decided on the color and type of flooring but JD was very patience. Material arrived sooner than expected and the installation was completed in a day and half. Installers were efficient and their installation knowledge was great. After work completed, the company’s representatives came by to check and see that all work done was satisfactory. You will be pleased.
