I initially hired them to install front porch tiles, and not only did they do a flawless job with the tiling, but they also uncovered and resolved significant structural rot beneath the surface. What could have been a nightmare turned into a smooth, well-managed repair thanks to their expertise and attention to detail. Impressed by their work, I brought them back to install hardwood floors that were notoriously hard to match. They absolutely nailed it. The new floors blend seamlessly with the existing ones and look stunning. Their craftsmanship and commitment to getting every detail right truly set them apart. We are so happy with our new floors! Kim was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process-- from selecting flooring and coordinating schedules to measure the space, provide quotes, and order the materials before we even moved in. Dorian did a beautiful job installing, staining, and matching the floors to ensure a seamless transition between spaces in our home. We had a wonderful experience and couldn't be happier with the final result. We would recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone!

We found Floor Coverings International due to the location. We first met the owner and she was nice and prompt to come to the home we were remodeling. Several items were missed in the original quote due to a lack of listening. Following that we never saw the owner unless there was issue she was notified to handle and there were several. Due to the lack of supervision of the crew by the owner, we were left managing them and the less than quality work they were doing. Thankfully my husband spoke Spanish. The final check was dropped off at the store in a drop slot. We never even got a thank you call she received the check. Not the experience and result we had expected.

We had a great experience with FCI. They replaced carpet in 4 bedrooms. Teo and Marco are excellent installers, working without stopping from 9 to 4:30 and completing the job expertly. FCI representative Kimberly Hawk have great advice and we are thrilled with the final result.

We cannot say enough good things about Floor Coverings International! From the moment I spoke with Mike on the phone, I knew we were in good hands! Mike was so helpful throughout the entire process. He would check in on his teams and the progress very frequently. Due to the scope of our project, we had the pleasure of working with the hardwood team and the tile team, both teams were outstanding! Both crews worked diligently to ensure our floors looked incredible! Highly highly recommend Floor Coverings International!

From start to finish, the FCI team - with Mike at the helm - took care of us like family! The process of replacing all of our upstairs carpet could not have been more seamless. Mike came ready with samples we loved for this house (and the next!!!), and getting to toss ideas around in the comfort of our own home was next level! He got us on the books quickly, and the team that showed up today was professional, efficient, and kind. Not to mention - clean! They left everything as they found it but honestly better because NEW CARPET! It proved to us that FCI is going to be our flooring project partner for many years to come.
