I scheduled an installation with another company. They knew I wanted to get the carpet installed as soon as possible to get the house turned around and ready to rent. Two days before the scheduled installation date I cashed them to confirm and got no response until the day of the scheduled installation when they sent me a text to inform me they took on a larger project and would not be available to complete the installation as scheduled. I looked online and found Floor Coverings International. I told them about my predicament, we scheduled an installation for that Saturday. Thursday morning, before my scheduled installation, they contacted me and said they could do the install that day. I approved, and by the c end of the day the job was complete and I was able to get my house on the rental market sooner than expected. Katie at Floor Coverings International remained in contact with me during the entire process, she was professional and courteous and her level of service has made Floor Coverings International my go to company for any future flooring needs.

Katie and her team are simply amazing. Very professional, diligent, and incredible work with impeccable service. We had our carpet removed and new flooring installed and they were able to finish sooner than expected. Katie is the owner, extremely kind and provides such a positive experience. I would hire her team again for any flooring needs.

We are so happy with our experience! It was nice to shop in my own home because I could really see the colors in the lighting of my house and my wall colors rather than in a showroom and there were tons of products and variety to choose from. Great customer service, answered all my questions and were very professional! Highly recommend!!!

Great experience - Katie was really friendly and took the time to get to know about the vision we had for our home. After discussing more about what we wanted, she went to her van and came back with a few different samples from different price ranges and told us about the features and benefits of each one. It made choosing the right floor design a lot easier than I expected. The whole interaction left me feeling happy as a lark.

I’ve had to work with numerous flooring companies in the past, and let me say, this has been the absolutely most pleasant company that one could ever hope to work with. Top notch professionalism!! One of the things I really hate about working with contractors is that they like to give you a low quote and then the price starts going up after the work starts, which kind of leaves you screwed. The guy from Floor Coverings International was upfront and said he couldn't promise the lowest price but he would promise that the price would be full and final. He even said he would eat the costs if he found he made a mistake on his estimate after I signed. He also didn't try to sell me the most expensive product he had.

I love the selection they have - plenty of options to choose from so I don't have to feel like I am "settling". Katie and Bob are both super easy to work with as well - which I appreciate as I go through this process.
